Payment Policy
All orders must be prepaid in full prior to shipment. We accept payments via credit or debit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. Orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received and verified. We do not accept Purchase Orders or payment via check or ACH. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank wire transfer as method of payment on most orders. Orders for items marked "Built to Order" may require that payment be made via wire transfer only. Payment must be provided in full prior to the order shipping. We do not accept Purchase Orders or payment via check or ACH.
BUILT TO ORDER & CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items that are marked Built To Order, or items that are custom built or special order must be paid for via bank wire transfer. These items will require a Quote and payment instructions will be included on the Quote at the time it is sent to the customer.
Special ordered items, Items marked "Built To Order", and Custom Products are not returnable. All Custom Products are sold on a “FINAL SALE” basis only, and no cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
PURCHASE ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
We do not accept Purchase Orders and all orders require full prepayment at the time of purchase. We do not offer Net Term accounts. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received in full. If a purchase order is sent, you must also provide payment information or the order will not be processed.
