WHAT ARE SEPTIC SOLUTIONS' SHIPPING RATES?
Answer:
The majority of our items are shipped FedEx Ground (1-3 business days) FREE of charge if within the contiguous United States. Some items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days). If shipping is free it will be noted in the item description. All other shipping charges are calculated via a LIVE Fedex rate which is automatically calculated when ordering. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Answer:
Septic Solutions, Inc. will not accept any returns without prior approval. If you have a product to be returned, you must call us first at 217-925-5992. Products may be returned within 30 days of invoiced date for a refund (excluding shipping/handling charges) if returned within that 30 days in the original unopened box. There will be no refunds on products that have been used. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement item. Should you choose a refund, we will either credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment or mail you a refund check. Return shipping charges must be prepaid and are not refundable. Any items returned or any orders cancelled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus Septic Solutions' original expenses for shipping and handling charges. Risers, lids, and accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus Septic Solutions' original expenses for shipping and handling charges. Special ordered items are not returnable. If, for any reason, this return policy is not strictly adhered to, Septic Solutions will not be responsible for issuing any credits or refunds and will not do so on any products returned for any reason. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Septic Solutions, Inc. and only with prior authorization in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Answer:
Because we want you to have your order as soon as possible, we begin processing it almost immediately. Due to the speed of our order fulfillment, cancellations cannot be made. Please review your order very carefully before clicking the finish button to submit the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. To inquire as to whether any changes can be made, please call our Customer Service staff at 1-877-925-5132.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER?
Answer:
All orders that include a valid email address will be sent an order confirmation and tracking number. You will receive the order confirmation shortly after the order is placed and the tracking number as soon as the order ships. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don't find the emails in your inbox. Once receiving the tracking number, you will need to allow up to 24 hours after the shipment for your tracking number to be activated. If this information was not received or you have other questions, you may contact us via email or call 1-877-925-5132.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL I PROVIDE?

Under no circumstances is your private information shared with other organizations. We pledge to honor your privacy in every way we can. We use your email for confirmation and tracking numbers and your phone number for our records in case we need to reach you about your order. We do not sell or provide your information to any other parties.
DO YOU HAVE A DISTRIBUTOR IN MY AREA?

Our office and warehouse is based in Illinois and we ship products from here. We do not have stores available in other states. We ship to anywhere in the United States and also to Canada and other international destinations.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?
Answer:
International shipping is available to Canada and other areas. You will be charged the additional shipping to your country and will be responsible for any duties and fees charged to get the products into your country. We ship via UPS or USPS Postal Service. Please email or call us for a shipping quote or if you are in Canada, you may place your order online and the additional shipping fees will be added to your credit card.
