The Polylok Heavy Duty Trench/Channel Drain is engineered for the most flexibility in a heavy duty design. This channel drain can be H-20 wheel load rated when cast in reinforced concrete. It offers a modular design with interlocking components including 90 degree corners and Tees. Each section is 4' in length and comes with a reversible ADA compliant grate that can be either flat, or allow a 3/16'' convex surface.

HEAVY DUTY TRENCH DRAIN SPECIFICATIONS

  • Model: PL-90860 (GREEN)
  • 4 ft Sections x 6 inches wide
  • Can be cut every 12'' to reduce length (pre-marked from the factory)
  • Grates are ADA compliant
  • Grates are reversible with a flat side and a side with a 3/16'' convex
  • Grates are fastened using provided #8 x 1-1/4'' stainless steel screws
  • H-20 Wheel Load rating when cast in reinforced concrete
  • Traffic speed not to exceed 20 mph. Not recommended for forklift traffic.
  • Open and Closed End Caps available
  • 90 Degree Elbows and Tees available
  • Each segment has 8 anchor positions to allow rebar to be installed to prevent floating
  • 2x4's can easily be fastened to the base to aid in leveling and anchoring
  • Each segment has four drainage ports to enable 3'' or 4'' SCH 40 or 4'' SDR35 connections
