Polylok Flow Controller Handle Kit

This handle kit is designed to be used with the Polylok Flow Controller (#3051). The kit includes the top handle and the bottom T-Bar the matches the valve handle on the Polylok Flow Control. The 3/4'' PVC is not provided.
